Dalkita is excited to announce the opening of our latest distillery architectural design client: CopperMuse in Fort Collins, CO. CopperMuse had substantially completed construction of their facility in December of 2013 and has spent the past 3 months waiting for various approvals from the Alcohol and Tobacco Trade and Tax Bureau including their Distilled Spirits Permit (DSP) and their Certificate of Label Approval (COLA) for their first product: Brightside Vodka. Upon receiving the final approval CopperMuse had a soft opening the first week in April 2014.
The location the distillery selected will add to, and draw from, the synergy of their existing neighbors a local brewery and a newly opened cider house. The facility features an Art Deco themed tasting room with the stills visible behind a glass partition. They offer tours, an extensive cocktail menu and plan to offer an large tasting room menu – which will be supported by commercial prep space designed into their facility.
There are many successes in the future of CopperMuse. We are happy to be a part of building their business.
